Key Responsibilities- Install and modify vehicle components, including suspension systems, exhaust systems, and performance upgrades.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert recommendations for vehicle modifications.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless installation and delivery of modified vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle modification technologies and techniques.
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record (THC-friendly)
- Clean background check (no violent offenses)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive installation or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- $17/hour
- First shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
- Lunch break: 12:00pm-12:30pm
- Breaks: 10:00am-10:10am and 2:30pm-2:40pm
- Mandatory overtime: 7:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday; occasional Saturday shifts
