We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and developing therapy plans for patients with a broad range of diagnoses and acuities.

• Evaluate patients to identify their level of function and develop treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions, to promote patient recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve identified patient-specific goals.
• Provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers on proper techniques and strategies for managing their condition.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
• At least two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, or completion of a physical therapy residency program.
