Your Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by assisting them with their daily activities. Your contributions will ensure their comfort and well-being.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
  • Attendance Bonus: $75 for full-time, $35 for part-time

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who hold the necessary certifications for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) as mandated by state regulations. While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including grooming, hygiene, and meals.
  • Monitoring residents' physical and emotional comfort and responding to their needs.
  • Documenting completed tasks, including daily shift reports and resident records.
  • Communicating effectively with team members regarding urgent needs and concerns.
  • Managing assigned tasks efficiently within the scheduled shift.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
