Upholstery Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Upholstery Tech to join our team at Wulco Inc. in Butler, PA. As an Upholstery Tech, you will be responsible for upholstering custom vehicles, including disassembly and modification of OEM interior components, fabrication of interior headliners and panels, and installation of such components.

• Responsible for light upholstery fabrication and installation to the interior of the vehicle.
• Responsible for removal of delicate vehicle interior components, modification, and reinstallation.
• Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams for vehicle build sequence and completion of schedule.
• Support and participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues within assigned areas of the build.

• Experience in automotive upholstery fabrication, installation, and troubleshooting preferred.
• Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training.
• Ability to use tape measures, squares, scissors, knives, and other hand tools.
• Experience in general use of hand tools, air tools, and powered hand tools.
• Ability to apply adhesives using a spray pot.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Attention to detail and a defect-prevention mindset.
