We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager - Tech to drive the vision and roadmap for key features within the Ring app.

This role requires a strong understanding of product development, customer experience, and technology strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful, technically complex consumer products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for the Ring app.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, and Program Management, to deliver features on time and in full.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, time-to-market, profitability, and operational support load.
  • Identify and track key performance indicators, work towards optimizing KPIs, and communicate progress effectively to senior leadership.
  • Manage 1-2 Product Managers, working as a team for the Ring app.

Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience interpreting and communicating analytics.
  • 1+ years managing another Product Manager.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
  • 5+ years end-to-end product delivery experience with consumer services and API ownership.
