As a travel nurse RN ICU, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate records
- Transport patients as needed and maintain a safe and clean environment
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the ICU setting
- Current RN licensure and certification in ICU care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies
