Position Overview

Role Summary:

The IT Director is responsible for the strategic oversight, execution, and management of all IT and Cloud systems within the organization. This role requires a visionary leader with a comprehensive understanding of technology trends and operational efficiency. The IT Director will guide a team of IT specialists, ensuring that operations align with business goals and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, focusing on recruitment, training, and performance enhancement;
  • Formulate and implement long-term IT and Cloud strategies that align with the company's objectives;
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and address IT requirements, optimizing user productivity;
  • Assess current technologies and forecast future needs to support scalable growth;
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT and Cloud infrastructure;
  • Ensure robust security protocols are in place to safeguard company data;
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on operations;
  • Manage IT budgets to enhance resource efficiency and market competitiveness;
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on IT and Cloud performance;
  • Demonstrate strong leadership by holding team members accountable;
  • Drive innovative IT initiatives while fostering a positive team environment;
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting;
  • Possess expertise in IT governance and modern software methodologies;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in network design, logic, and web technologies;
  • Communicate effectively to facilitate collaboration between IT and business units;
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical documentation;
  • Build cohesive teams and maintain high levels of employee engagement.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or a minimum of ten years of relevant experience in IT leadership roles is required.
