Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with Visa teams in strategic and planning discussions, cultivating and managing a pipeline of work with issuers, merchants, and co-brand partners.
- Lead consulting initiatives and contribute to business development by identifying potential opportunities with issuers, merchants, and co-brand partners.
- Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations that effectively address the most impactful opportunities and challenges, with a focus on digital-related engagements.
- Build solutions and actionable insights to help clients grow their portfolios and merchant engagement in their core business.
- Partner with peers in other functional areas and across global regional teams to execute projects that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa's resources.
- Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, and drive understanding of client issues.
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD).
- Relevant experience at a large management consulting firm or within a digital agency.
- Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance.
- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
- Knowledge and understanding of banking operations and payments, including products and services, digital customer experience, marketing initiatives, and card acquiring experience.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience with design thinking/human-centered design methodologies.
- Technology mindset, curious, up to date with digital trends and applications.
