Job Details
Epic Travel Staffing is looking for a Travel RN - Med/Surg with a focus on Long-Term Care (LTC) patients. The position requires a commitment to working night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with a typical schedule of 12-hour shifts.
Contract Length: 13 weeks (with a preference for 26 weeks)
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid ME Nursing License
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Recent experience in Acute Care settings
- Current BCLS certification
- Experience with Charting and EMR systems
Facility Details:
- Bed Capacity: 46
- Patient Ratios: Maximum of 1:8
- Potential for floating based on skillset
- Healthstream training modules available
- Patient Demographics: A mix of medical and surgical patients, ready for discharge
- Scrub Color: Any color, fragrance-free
The hiring manager is specifically looking for candidates who are prepared to care for LTC patient populations in an acute care environment, where patient ratios may be higher than standard Med Surg settings.
