At CMI Management, we are seeking a highly skilled Wastewater Treatment Specialist to join our team at our customer site in Shepherdstown, WV.

About the Role

This is a 1st Shift position, working from 7am to 3:30pm, Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. The ideal candidate will have experience operating sewage treatment, sludge processing, and disposal equipment in a wastewater treatment plant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring control panels, adjusting valves and gates to regulate flow of sewage, and interpreting meter and gauge readings to determine load requirements. They will also start and stop pumps, engines, and generators as needed, maintain log of operations, and record meter readings.

In addition, the Wastewater Treatment Specialist will give directions to sewage-disposal workers, collect sewage samples, and conduct laboratory tests using testing equipment. A high school diploma and certification in accordance with West Virginia regulations are required.

About the Benefits

CMI Management offers a competitive salary range of $**65,000 - $85,000 per year**, depending on experience. In addition, eligible employees may participate in our 401(k) plan, and we offer opportunities for career advancement.
