The Clifford W. Beers Guidance Clinic, Inc. seeks an experienced Clinical Program Manager to direct the day-to-day operations of its Family Functional Therapy (FFT) program.
This critical leadership role is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of high-quality services in accordance with the FFT model.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Direct a team of therapists, providing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to engage ambivalent clients effectively.
- Model Fidelity: Ensure compliance with the FFT model, policies, and procedures by reviewing fidelity reports regularly and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Clinical Program Management: Oversee the management and leadership of assigned clinical programs, aligning objectives with the organization's strategic plan.
- Caseload Management: Maintain a caseload of 5 families, adhering to the principles of the Functional Family Therapy model.
- Program Evaluation and Development: Develop and implement recommendations for programmatic and administrative improvements, supervise, coach, and evaluate program staff.
- Communication and Staff Development: Foster effective communication among program staff, management, and customers, identify needs, and provide opportunities for staff development.
- Financial Management: Monitor program expenses and income to ensure the sustainability of services.
In this dynamic and challenging role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in community and State training activities, and contribute to treatment plans and clinical evaluations.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess a Master's Level License in a behavioral health discipline, three years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Additionally, you should demonstrate expertise in Electronic Health Records, leadership abilities, and organizational skills.
