Primary Care Physician Opportunity
Salem Clinic is a large physician-owned multi-specialty medical clinic seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team of experienced healthcare professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates and experienced practitioners to grow their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.
We offer a $220,000 - $280,000 per year base salary guarantee with unlimited income potential as you progress to partnership. Our practice is based on an outpatient model, with a 4.5-day workweek and the option to transition to a 4-day workweek once you become a partner.
As a Primary Care Physician at Salem Clinic, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to a diverse population. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule, including start and end times, limiting appointments daily, and telehealth visits. Each provider has a primary assistant and support staff, with access to their own office and exam rooms.
We are committed to supporting our physicians' growth and development through ongoing education and training opportunities. Our clinic uses the latest technology, including EPIC EMR, Nuance/Dragon for dictation, and DAX CoPilot AI for note building.
The Salem Clinic offers a comprehensive benefit package for physicians and their families, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. We also have a CLIA-licensed high-complexity laboratory and on-site imaging services, including general x-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and mammography.
