Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a hospital in Aberdeen, Washington. As a travel RRT, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing respiratory care services to individual patients and their families. This will include assessing, care planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating the care given. The RRT will also respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility and perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care services to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance on respiratory equipment
Requirements:
  • Current RRT certification
  • Basic PC skills, including Windows NT and computerized respiratory equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
