Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Clean the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including the parking lot and surrounding areas, to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Check, clean, and stock restrooms, ensuring they are always clean and well-maintained.
  • Empty trash and maintain the dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area, adhering to local health department regulations.
  • Thoroughly clean and organize the utility area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are readily available and easily accessible.
  • Perform duties as assigned by management, ensuring cleanliness, service, and quality standards are consistently met.

Operational Excellence:

  • Stock cook, line, and server areas with necessary glasses, silverware, and dishes, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness, adhering to Golden Corral's high standards.
  • Report any equipment or facility issues to management, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.

Guest Service:
