About the Role

We are seeking experienced Certified General Real Estate Appraisers to join our team as Commercial Real Estate Appraisers. As a key member of our appraisal team, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality commercial valuations on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis and research to determine the value of commercial properties.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other appraisers and industry professionals to stay up-to-date on market trends and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Certified General Appraiser License.
  • Proven working experience as a commercial real estate appraiser.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and industry-standard software.
  • Familiarity with current industry regulations, rules, and standards.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
