Job Overview

As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist at Didion Inc., you will engage in a diverse and stimulating work environment. Your key duties will encompass diagnosing, fixing, and upkeeping machinery and equipment to guarantee peak operational efficiency. You will perform regular assessments, pinpoint potential concerns, and resolve them promptly to reduce operational interruptions. Furthermore, you will work alongside fellow team members to evaluate maintenance requirements and devise effective solutions.

Available Shifts:

Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm

Monday - Friday 2pm-11pm (includes a $2/hr shift premium)

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. A technical school certificate or degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting. Experience in a similar dry food production environment is a plus.
  • Ability to demonstrate fundamental knowledge of electrical systems, which may be supplemented by relevant certification or educational background.
  • Basic computer skills are essential, including proficiency in typing, web browsing, and Microsoft Office; intermediate knowledge of Mapcon software or the willingness to learn is required.
  • Capability to work independently, utilizing critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to safely complete maintenance tasks without supervision.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is necessary for effective communication with team members both within and outside the maintenance department.
  • Must possess and maintain a personal set of basic hand tools, including but not limited to: wrenches, screwdrivers, punches, socket set, pliers, hammer, etc.
