Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Floor Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and emptying trash bins.
- Cash Handling: Efficiently manage the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store atmosphere, and provide support as needed.
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
- Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
- Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Competitive Pay: $16 per hour.
- Flexible Scheduling: All shifts available, including mornings, midday, and overnight shifts.
