About the Role

Lifetime Fitness is seeking a Water Fitness Instructor to teach swimming lessons and lead Aquatics events. As an instructor, you will inspire and motivate our members to achieve their fitness goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Instruct swimming lessons to various age groups
  • Plan and execute Aquatics events
  • Maintain a clean and organized pool area
  • Engage with members and promote Aquatics programs

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
