Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Infant Care Professional to lead our infant and toddler classrooms at The Goddard School of Farmington, CT. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a warm and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

Our Lead Infant Teacher is responsible for coordinating daily operations, planning engaging activities, and providing exceptional customer service to families. You will work closely with children, parents, and colleagues to create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
  • Develop relationships with children, parents, and faculty members
  • Communicate effectively to ensure seamless school operations
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with child safety and potential emergency situations
