Wallace Finance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team of professionals in providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

About the Role:

  • Provide day-to-day management and supervision of branch employees.
  • Train new employees and develop their skills and understanding of company policies and branch operations.
  • Keep the District Manager informed of branch performance and provide leadership to motivate employees.
  • Maintain consistent growth in accounts and receivables through new borrower acquisition and retention.
  • Prepare reports as required by management and maintain good customer relations.
  • Ensure all delinquent work is completed daily and handle serious customer issues.
