Corewell Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a Specialty Pharmacy setting. As a Pharmacy Technician - Compounding Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of compounded medications.
Key Responsibilities- Operate in a designated area of specialty, assuming ownership and ensuring quality and completeness of work assigned.
- Responsible for data collection and/or reporting related to assigned area/project.
- Serve as a role model and leader in the department, escalating any concerns through the chain of command.
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance, including USP [795] [797] [800] in sites that perform sterile compounding.
- Participate in training others in area of specialty.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy preferred.
- LIC-Pharmacy Technician - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required.
