About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandise Sales Associate to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, selling official licensed event-specific merchandise, and assisting with the overall success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Proactively greet and engage with customers, handle cash and credit transactions, and assist with stocking merchandise.
  • Sell Merchandise: Sell official licensed event-specific merchandise to customers, including apparel, souvenirs, and other items.
  • Assist with Retail Operations: Assist with setting up and maintaining a clean and organized retail space, including restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales goals and targets, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Experience: Retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
Working Conditions

This is a seasonal position, and you will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
