We are seeking a skilled attorney with expertise in contract litigation to join our dynamic team at Diedre Moire Corp. This role is ideal for individuals with a robust background in legal matters related to mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and insurance products.


The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in contract litigation, with a preference for those who have worked within the insurance sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in drafting and reviewing engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, and indemnification clauses.
  • Evaluate the accuracy of representations and warranties provided by sellers in contract negotiations.

Conduct thorough assessments of contractual and financial implications for companies engaged in mergers and acquisitions, ensuring adequate coverage through Representations and Warranties Insurance.


Additional Duties:

  • Provide insights on transactional risk insurance.
  • Analyze due diligence processes, operational risks, and identify potential issues in mergers and acquisitions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
