Job Summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a skilled Motor Grader Operator to join our team for a large solar project in the region. As a Motor Grader Operator, you will be responsible for operating a CAT 140M Finish Blade to perform various tasks such as reclaim work, building, capping, and touching up roads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Motor Grader to perform finish blade work and other tasks as required
  • Work closely with other operators and foremen/supervisors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Be proficient in using Trimble GPS systems and other equipment as needed
  • Perform repair work and other tasks as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience running a Motor Grader and performing finish blade work
  • Proficiency in using Trimble GPS systems
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to work 6-10 hour shifts and adapt to changing project requirements
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate of $32-34/hour
  • Per diem of $120/day, all 7 days
