Senior Drafter

At MY HR, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Drafter to join our team. As a key member of our plant engineering department, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and designs for capital equipment installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with plant engineering, maintenance, and department personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
• Produce high-quality drawings, including layouts, P&IDs, process flow diagrams, piping, structural, electrical, fabrication, and installation.
• Review vendor equipment drawings and create material lists, quotes, and purchase requisitions.
• Support GTP with graphic art for SEA and plant needs, as well as provide flat patterns and part drawings for maintenance.
• Perform other tasks as required by GTP, including working under limited supervision.

• 2-year CAD/Drafting degree or equivalent, with 8-12 years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to work at a computer for 8 hours a day and take measurements in a chemical plant environment.
• Must be able to wear additional PPE, including a respirator, fall arrest harness, gloves, chemical suit, and hearing protection.
