TotalMed Allied is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment in Anchorage, Alaska. As a Mammography Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality mammography exams and providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform mammography exams using digital mammography equipment
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of mammography procedures and protocols
- Provide excellent patient care and communication
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams and procedures
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Mammography
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
