Provider Network Development Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Long-Term Care Policy Specialist to join our team in the Department of Social and Health Services. This role will focus on developing and implementing policies and procedures related to long-term care services, including adult family homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and home care agencies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage policies and procedures related to long-term care services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including providers, advocates, and community partners, to ensure that policies align with the needs of the state's aging and disability population.
- Analyze data and trends to inform policy decisions and improve the quality of long-term care services.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on long-term care services and provide training and technical assistance to providers and other stakeholders.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in human services, social sciences, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in program management and policy development for social services, long-term care, healthcare programs, or state government programs.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
