As a tax consultant, you will play a crucial role in handling all tax compliance tasks for private equity funds, including preparation of determination declarations, applications, and tax reporting for international private equity platforms and their investors.

• Prepare tax compliance documents for private equity funds, including determination declarations and tax reporting.
• Assess tax issues in the field of international tax law, foreign tax law, and investment tax law.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and accurate tax compliance.

• Successful completion of tax consultant exam.
• Two to three years of professional experience in tax compliance for private equity funds.
• High level of proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
