Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team at Chase Staffing in Greenville, SC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely receipt and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Off-load trucks and tankers, ensuring proper documentation and lab sign-off on COAs
  • Apply acceptance stickers subject to lab approval
  • Turn all paperwork in to the purchasing department daily
  • Ship orders in accordance with shipping documents, complete inspection forms, and stage orders for the next day
  • Keep the shipping area clean and organized
  • Identify and correct unsafe working conditions with management oversight
  • Attend training programs and comply with all company safety and risk management policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of loading and unloading tankers
  • Ability to work well under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work well alone and in a team
