Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to join our team at The Korporate Kleansers, Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our building, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building, including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, and emptying trash cans daily

• Clean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis

• Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees

• Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete

• Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 3 years of experience in janitorial services

• At least 2 years of supervisor duties

• Driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite

• Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment

• Excellent stamina and physical health

• Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic

• Must speak English and bilingual a plus
