We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our Private Wealth Tax team. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with high net worth individual clients to provide complex tax planning and coordination with their overall financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client financial information and assess needs to determine advanced tax strategies
  • Manage all aspects of relationships for high net worth clients, including developing and mentoring employees
  • Perform technical tax reviews, approve tax returns, and governmental tax examinations of any complexity
  • Develop and implement service plans to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Collaborate with Aldrich Wealth relationship managers to identify tax needs and new service opportunities
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on high net worth individual tax planning and review
  • Licensed CPA
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Ability to build and retain client relationships
