About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to children and their families in our Pediatrics Developmental Clinic. As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with triage calls, establishing follow-up plans of care, and working closely with our Nurse Navigator to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with triage calls and establish follow-up plans of care
- Work closely with the Nurse Navigator to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Assist providers as needed and participate in positive behavior supports/strategies
- Referral triage and other related duties
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
