Housekeeping Assistant

**Job Summary**

Aspire Nursing and Rehab of Sutherland is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Aide. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Cleaning and Sanitation:** Clean and sanitize assigned areas in a timely manner, including resident rooms, common areas, and facilities.
• **Daily Cleaning Duties:** Assist in the daily or scheduled cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and collecting trash and materials.
• **General Cleanliness:** Maintain the overall cleanliness of the facility, including lobbies, sitting areas, offices, and dining areas.
• **Resident and Staff Interaction:** Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude when interacting with residents, families, visitors, and fellow employees.

**Requirements:**

• **Organizational Skills:** Possess a high level of attention to detail and be organized in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• **Desire to Work with the Elderly:** Demonstrate a genuine interest in working with the elderly and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
• **Self-Starter:** Be a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and is proactive in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• **Confidentiality:** Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations to ensure the protection of resident information.
