Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Physical Therapist to join our team at Midwest Orthopaedic Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses, including non-operative sports medicine, acute and subacute, post-operative, total joint, and spine cases.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physical therapist assistants and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct patient evaluations and progress assessments to monitor treatment effectiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
  • Eligible or currently licensed in Illinois for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Full-time or part-time availability, with a minimum of 24 hours per week.
