Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertly mix and apply paint to various surfaces.
  • Remove wallpaper and paint as needed.
  • Repair or install sheetrock and wood finishes.
  • Handle molding, chair rail, doors, and cabinets with precision.
  • Perform caulking and patching tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Technical training in fields such as mechanics, electrical work, plumbing, landscaping, or HVAC is preferred.
  • Prior mechanical or maintenance experience is essential.
  • 1-2 years of experience in painting and residential/commercial refurbishment is advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance role is desirable.

Essential Skills:
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Commitment to meeting attendance and punctuality standards.
  • Proficiency in using various software and office equipment.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions accurately.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
