Role Description:

  • Deliver comprehensive healthcare services to students at assigned school locations
  • Collaborate with school staff and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Utilize electronic medical records software (eCW)

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Nurse Practitioner certification in Pediatrics or Family Care
  • New York State License
  • Board Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in Women's Health and Pediatrics
  • Ambulatory and Home Health Care settings experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish or another language proficiency

Compensation and Benefits: This role offers an attractive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $95,000-$120,000 based on industry standards and regional factors.

Work Schedule and Location: 35 hours per week, rotating among multiple school sites; Various school sites and the Women & Children Location
