Role Description:
- Deliver comprehensive healthcare services to students at assigned school locations
- Collaborate with school staff and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Utilize electronic medical records software (eCW)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Nurse Practitioner certification in Pediatrics or Family Care
- New York State License
- Board Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Women's Health and Pediatrics
- Ambulatory and Home Health Care settings experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish or another language proficiency
Compensation and Benefits: This role offers an attractive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $95,000-$120,000 based on industry standards and regional factors.
Work Schedule and Location: 35 hours per week, rotating among multiple school sites; Various school sites and the Women & Children Location
