Compensation: The estimated weekly compensation for this position is $930.6, which includes a stipend of $570.6.

About the Job:

Hospice care requires a unique blend of medical knowledge, emotional support, and compassion. As a Hospice RN with Healthcare Support, you will provide high-quality patient care while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers

Requirements:

  • Active RN license
  • 1 year of experience in hospice care or a related field
  • BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
