Caregiver Job Opportunity

TheKey is a leading provider of senior home care services, and we are seeking a reliable and compassionate Caregiver to join our team.

As a Caregiver with TheKey, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with our clients, providing personalized support and assistance with daily living activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive weekly schedules and care plans
  • Complete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner
  • Supply personal companionship and remain actively engaged with each client
  • Assist with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
  • Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
  • Administrative functions, including documentation of task completion and reporting changes in the client's condition

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a caregiver or in a related field
  • Valid NJ Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA) certificate
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
