Healthcare Laboratory Lead

About the Role: As a Healthcare Laboratory Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality laboratory services to our patients. Your duties will include managing laboratory operations, supervising laboratory staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:

- Supervise laboratory staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track laboratory performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to improve laboratory services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., laboratory science, healthcare administration)
- At least 7 years of experience in laboratory management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of laboratory regulations and standards
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
