Job Title: BSA/AML Manager

Nicolet National Bank is seeking a highly skilled BSA/AML Manager to join our team. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the bank's adherence to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of BSA Analysts to ensure timely completion of BSA tasks and quality control reviews.
  • Develop and implement effective BSA and AML policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of BSA reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate risks associated with BSA and AML compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on BSA and AML policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in BSA and AML regulations and ensure the bank's compliance with these changes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on BSA and AML compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of BSA and AML regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
