We are seeking a highly skilled Enrollment Services Specialist to join our team at UTMB Health. As a key member of our Enrollment Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, alumni, and applicants, while ensuring the efficient processing of admissions, registration, financial aid, and records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional enrollment services to students, alumni, and applicants, including admissions information, residency determination, and financial aid guidance.
  • Exercise independent judgment and critical decision-making skills while following all rules and regulations.
  • Process complex admission, registration, record, and financial aid records changes, including non-standard records and academic status changes.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams and colleagues to resolve system issues and implement new functionality.
  • Proactively resolve customer issues and make recommendations or take action to meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three plus years of equivalent experience in Admissions, Registration, Records, Financial Aid, or Customer Services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with students, alumni, applicants, and other departments on campus and outside entities.
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures regarding state, federal, and institutional requirements.
