Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Manage a diverse caseload related to construction labor law, overseeing cases from initiation through trial.
- Provide legal counsel on various construction labor law issues, including workers' rights, safety regulations, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution.
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative hearings.
- Conduct thorough legal research to remain informed on current trends and developments in construction labor law.
- Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal professionals to devise effective case strategies and ensure optimal client representation.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
