Tax Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at Block Advisors. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert tax guidance and support to our clients, helping them navigate complex tax laws and regulations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized tax advice and support.
• Conduct tax interviews and prepare tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to provide expert guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of tax services, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.

• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation and planning.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with a focus on individual and business taxation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
