Responsibilities- Provide ECMO support in all three critical care units (NICU, PICU, CICU) for patients with respiratory and/or heart failure.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and maintain ECMO equipment, ensuring optimal function and patient safety.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest ECMO technologies and techniques.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous quality improvement.
- 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, with a focus on ECMO support.
- Advanced certification in Respiratory Therapy, such as RRT or CRT.
- Strong understanding of ECMO principles, including circuit management and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
