About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to join our New York City team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, managing maintenance and repairs, and overseeing the housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, with a proven track record of success in leading field or housekeeping teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all properties are fully equipped and ready for guest move-ins
• Oversee the housekeeping team, coordinating with building staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Conduct pre-check-in and post-check-out inspections using a mobile checklist to ensure each apartment meets our quality standards
• Perform basic handyman tasks and manage minor household repairs
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, with a proven track record of success in leading field or housekeeping teams
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Ability to perform basic handyman tasks and manage minor household repairs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $62,000-$67,000 per year (plus up to 15% performance bonus)
