**About the Role**

The RN Lead Float Pool Professional will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare team by providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth unit operations. As a lead float pool nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various units across our region, including Critical Care, ED, Surgical Services, Medical Surgical, Procedural, Women's Services, and Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, communicating effectively with patients and families.
  • Assume responsibility for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team, patient/family to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
  • Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.
  • Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Salary Range: $33.15 - $57.93 per hour, depending on experience.
