Mixology Expert

We are seeking an enthusiastic Mixology Expert to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Compensation includes a salary of approximately $40,000 per year, plus tips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages for patrons in our bar and restaurant
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and provide recommendations on cocktails and other beverages
• Mix ingredients to prepare classic and innovative cocktails
• Develop and present a comprehensive bar menu that meets customer demands
• Verify customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a bartender or mixologist
• Expert knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving techniques
• Computer literacy and ability to manage digital systems
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Relevant training certificate or equivalent experience
