Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Environmental Services Technician to join our team. As an Environmental Services Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our properties.

Main Responsibilities

  • Keep exteriors, common areas, vacant units, sidewalks, and alleyways of the property in a clean and safe condition.
  • Perform custodial and maintenance duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, and general maintenance of appliances and plumbing.
  • Assist the maintenance team in their efforts to maintain the property's appearance and functionality.

Requirements

  • A high school degree or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a janitorial or custodian role is preferred.
  • Ability to lift/move 51lbs unassisted, climb stairs, bend/stoop/squat/kneel, and grasp/grip/turn.
  • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus.
