Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Interventionist to join our team at Intercare Therapy. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will work with children affected by autism and their families, providing in-home behavioral intervention and support. If you have a strong interest in working with kids and are available in the afternoon/early evening, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home behavioral intervention to children affected by autism and their families

• Work variable hours per week, including afternoons and evenings

• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services

• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress

Requirements:

• High School Diploma with at least one completed college course, or equivalent experience

• Previous experience working with children, preferred

• Availability in the afternoon/early evening

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, auto registration, and auto insurance

• Proof of immunization records and TB required

• Background check
