Position Overview

The role of the Process Engineer is integral to the manufacturing operations at ACL Digital. This engineering position is focused on supporting activities related to cGMP equipment and facilities. The engineer collaborates with various departments to ensure optimal equipment functionality while prioritizing safety and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplifying leadership qualities and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Taking ownership of equipment performance metrics
  • Overseeing significant capital projects
  • Recommending design enhancements to improve quality and safety
  • Facilitating communication between Engineering and Quality Assurance teams
  • Ensuring adherence to validation protocols in line with cGMP regulations
  • Promoting safety across all operational activities

Additional Duties:

  • Engaging in cross-functional site teams
  • Contributing to process optimization initiatives
  • Providing technical assistance for manufacturing and maintenance operations
  • Defending equipment specifications during regulatory reviews
  • Supporting audit and assessment processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of pertinent experience
  • Background in regulated industries
  • Familiarity with cGMP practices
  • Experience in automation-related projects
  • Understanding of process equipment and automation systems
  • Excellent communication and technical writing abilities
  • Proficiency in process improvement techniques
